Via The Big Lead, we have this great video of a teenage Forrest Griffin playing high school football:
Griffin, now the UFC light heavyweight champion, sacked the opposing quarterback in a play that apparently clinched the game. But that's not what's impressive about the video.
No, the impressive part comes on the sideline afterward, when he takes off his helmet and head butts a teammate who's still wearing his. Griffin is 29, so that game would have been some time in the mid-to-late 1990s, around the time that NFL linebacker Kevin Greene was well known for using his bare head to butt helmeted teammates. In their tough, reckless approach to their sports, I see a lot of similarities between Griffin and Greene.

He might've forgotten that he wasn't wearing his helmet, that would explain why he immediately takes a seat after the headbutt.

I don't know, MDS. Forrest's monstrous growth in MMA skill and ability leads me to believe that he is anything but reckless in his approach to his sport.
Steroids? Where does that even come from? The fact that he was like this at 17/18 years old, and STILL is at 29, should lead you to believe that his style and ability are pretty damn natural.
But who wants to use logic when you can chop down an athlete for fun? Yay...
