UFC 93 Video: Rich Franklin, Dan Henderson Are Middleweights Fighting at 205

Here's the second installment of Dana White's UFC 93 video blog:



Rich Franklin will fight Dan Henderson in the main event, and even though their fight is at light heavyweight, the winner will move down to middleweight to fight Michael Bisping this summer.

And if there was any doubt that both Franklin and Henderson will have a very easy time getting back down to middleweight, that doubt was erased with their comments in the video. Franklin revealed that he's walking around at 210 pounds, meaning he only has to shed four pounds to get down to the light heavyweight limit of 205, with a one-pound buffer. Henderson said he's about 203 pounds and that after sweating through a practice, he gets down to 199.
