UFC 95 Video: Diego Sanchez vs. Joe Stevenson in UFC Undisputed 2009

Above is video of the UFC 95 main event between Diego Sanchez and Joe Stevenson, as it plays out in the upcoming video game UFC Undisputed 2009.

The most interesting note from the commentary that goes along with the video comes from UFC President Dana White, who says the winner is close to a lightweight title shot. Realistically, I think that's only true if the winner is Sanchez. Stevenson has already gotten destroyed by both B.J. Penn and Kenny Florian, who will fight each other for the lightweight belt this summer. I don't see any reason for Stevenson to get another shot at either Penn or Florian.

Sanchez I could see getting a title fight if he were to win against Stevenson and maybe one more opponent, like the winner of the UFC 98 fight between Sean Sherk and Frank Edgar. But I think Stevenson would need to go 3-0 in 2009, and maybe after that he could get a title shot in 2010.
