It wasn't much of a punch at all from Silva, but if you have ever fought before or know anything about fighting it is easy to see that Forrest ran into that punch. Literally lol. Causing it to have much more force. Pathetic fight form earns pathetic fight results. He fought like an amateur, oh wait thats basically all MMA fighters, minus a select few.
