I hate to sound stupid but it sure looked like Forest threw that fight. He has always had a good chin and never walks/runs out before the post fight interviews. He wanted to avoid the questions that he would mabey have to lie about. Look to see if he gets a good contract extension soon.

How does anyone land a knockout punch falling backwards? Only in a fixed fight!

Fixed my ass. Silva just made him look like he doesn't belong in the ufc. And as for him running out,he pretty much started to do that when jardine knocked em out. Didn't want anyone to see him cry like he does

It was no fixed fight, you can clearly see Forest slowly getting beat up. Obviously Silva has some serious punch power, good technique and a very good eye format since most of his punches landed exactly at the nerve of chin. As said, Silva was trained more for this fight and thanks to his great team he put a great performance (like always I would say!), this time also for the fans ( last time ignorants booed him). Some of ya really don't get thru and see not the real art in such a sport. Anyway in the end I would like to give all my respects to Griffin too, he's a good man, a good fighter and I'm sure with this fight he learned more and will come back better.

UFC should be ashamed of themselves for setting up a fight like this, griffin was totaly out classed, this fight should have never taken place, griffin clearly is not even close to being in same league as silva, griffin should learn how to fight before they set him up with a real fighter with some skills, charging people to watch this junk is robbery and shameful.

This fight was predictable. Silva no doubt the best pound for pound out there and has been. Forest is a good, tough fighter but not in Silva's class. Running out of the ring, crying, not so bad when you consider how humilated Forest must have felt. Forest has always been a very respectful martial artist. Have you been there? Please, don't be so critical. My respect for both fighters remain the same. The better man won. Forest didn't throw the fight, he was simply badly outfought, and he knows it. That's the reason for crying, mental, not physical.
I wish both fighters the very best, they gave their best.

i'm sorry i missed the fight, but from the sounds of what i've been reading, not many people here have ever stepped into a ring. forest has always performed well. pj is no joke. just was not forest's night. we all have them. again, i did not see the fight. just bothers me when so many people can talk junk and not even know the pressure of what it's like.
