The Tuff-N-Uff fighting championship is where MMA Stars are born. It's one of the leading amateur MMA events in the nation, drawing an impressive crowd of 4,000 fans to the Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas over the weekend of August 22. Among those competing in the event were Ryan "The Lion" Couture, son of MMA great Randy Couture, and Chris Brady -- a fighter who is poised to be a star in the sport once he goes pro -- who is fighting for a championship in the 135-pound division. Eddie Jackson works out of Legends Gym in Hollywood preparing for his big night at Tuff-N-Uff, in the video we talk to him about the life of an amateur MMA fighter.
