Chuck has never been a well spoken guy, but he seems to be mumbling and studdering more than in the past. Is it just me?

I'm confused ... how does a 6 yr old clip of Chuck, in which he speaks much more clearly and fluidly than he does now, do anything but make my point.
I hope that I'm wrong and Chuck isn't suffering any lingering effects from the damage he has taken, but I'm not certain. Was just asking a question ... not hating.
