HOFFMAN ESTATES, ILL. -- Dan Henderson is in town to corner Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou in his fight against Gegard Mousasi on Saturday night, but the free agent told FanHouse on Friday that he will also talk to Strikeforce officials about possibly fighting for their organization in the near future.Henderson refuted a recent Yahoo! Sports report which stated he had already signed with Strikeforce and also said that he has not closed the door on re-signing with the UFC. Check out the video interview below.

I'd bet that Henderson signs with Strikeforce. The UFC should sign him just so he doesn't go to Strikeforce. Henderson deserves to be paid well on his guaranteed monies. He isn't a great PPV draw but he certainly lends credibility to any card he's on and is one of the top fighters in the world.

I agree, he is definitely someone that has paid his dues, done a lot for the sport and needs to be compensated appropriately.

dan henderson is a great fighter one real tough guy i will always watch a card he is on, its a shame the UFC does not respect one of the all time greats more then they do, but they will sure put that over rated bisbing in a headline fight every chance they get, you kept a washed up ken shamrock in the company for way to long but you will let outstanding fighters like henderson an matt lindlin go hope it does not happen any more or strikeforce with its free shows might be a real challenge to them
