Strikeforce: Fedor Emelianenko vs. Brett Rogers Results, Live Updates

Message to Kimbo Slice. Learn to stay relaxed on the ground more. It's just one area you have not mastered yet. Use less of your own strength and more of the other fighters strength. It sounds simple enough but it isnt. All the more reason why you should do it.
